ELEGANT IN THEIR SIMPLICITY

Widely recognised as one of north-west London's most exciting and creative new neighbourhoods, Wembley Park in the London Borough of Brent is one of London’s best destinations to live, work and visit. Alto, a mixed tenure residential development providing 362 homes, was the first of two projects undertaken for Quintain Living.

Working in collaboration with Flanagan Lawrence Architects, our scope included the residential space planning and interior design for the private-for-sale apartments, main entrance hall and common parts together with a dedicated resident's lounge and coworking space. We aimed to achieve a continuity of experience from the ground floor entrance through to the apartment interiors, elegant in their simplicity, with timber floor finishes, reconstituted stone, ceramic and glass bathrooms and tonal kitchens.
