RICH MATERIALS AND SURFACES EXUDING A QUIET SOPHISTICATION.

In collaboration with Londonewcastle our interior design for Luton Street included a refined entrance hall and concierge extending through to a luxurious resident's lounge, visually connected to the leafy garden courtyard outside.

Working in collaboration with Flanagan Lawrence Architects, our scope included the residential space planning and interior design for the private-for-sale apartments, main entrance hall and common parts together with a dedicated resident's lounge.

Carefully crafting the communal space with an emphasis on natural light that plays across the rich materials and surfaces exuding a quiet sophistication and sense of calm echoed in the elegantly detailed apartment interiors.
