THE NOVA BUILDING AMENITY AREA

AN INTERIOR WITH ECHOES OF A EUROPEAN MODERNIST APARTMENT BUILDING.

The facade of the building appears solid and sculptural and it was important that the interior of the building reflect this. The communal areas are characterised by the use of robust, high quality materials detailed in a contemporary manner. We aimed to produce an interior with echoes of a European Modernist apartment building. Tuscan limestone and Spanish porcelain tiles line the floors, profiled stained oak feature walls disguise landlords service cupboards and oxidised steel plate portals form openings in walls leading to the apartments.

The reception areas are gallery-like spaces, with sculptural oak reception desks and bench seats articulated as objects on display. The same palette of materials carries into the residential lobbies which feel private and intimate.

In addition a roof top resident's club lounge, a boutique cinema and conference room and a fitness suite complete the offer.
