CECIL AVENUE

A collaboration with Wates Residential and the London Borough of Brent to design the interiors for this mixed tenure residential development on Wembley High Road which forms a key part of the Wembley Housing Zone initiative comprising 250 new homes. Our scope included the interior design for the private-for-sale apartments, building entrances and common parts for all tenures and a modest resident's amenity space.
