INTERIOR DESIGNER AND INTERIOR ARCHITECT FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING.

A key component in Phase One of Landsec's Nova Victoria Masterplan is THE NOVA BUILDING, a premium residential development comprising 170 Private-for-Sale homes, clustered around 4 cores, each of which with its own entrance at ground level.

Our appointment as Interior Designer and Interior Architect for the entire building represented a significant opportunity to design and curate the residential experience across all apartments, entrances, common parts and resident's amenity spaces. Working in collaboration with Flanagan Lawrence Architects, our scope included the residential space planning and layout optimisation, significantly reorganising the building floorplate behind the consented façade to unlock considerable value not realised by the consented design.

Having re-planned all apartments and communal spaces on all floors we strove to craft a unique collection of contemporary homes and spaces constructed from high quality materials and finishes, creating a bespoke residential product for the market that was unrivalled in design and execution.
