Residents at Hurlingham Waterfront will enjoy c. 28,000 sq.ft of amenity spaces, featuring two spacious reception and lounge areas, a Swimming Pool with Spa and Treatment Rooms and a Gym on the lower levels, and a Workspace and Garden Lounge on the floors above that open out into an expansive and private landscaped garden at podium level.
Our conceptual ideas explored the area’s historical past, including the presence of a centuries-old apple orchard nearby. This inspired a narrative bridging past, present, and future, envisioning the space, the building, and its residents.
Given the wealth of amenities, the interior design aspired to create spaces reminiscent of a luxury hotel, each with their own identity, defined by generous scale and connected in their elegance, tranquility and vibrance. These spaces were layered with high quality materials, colours, and patterns that create a dialogue with the surrounding gardens and river beyond.
